    CONTRACTS  (Short extract)

As manager of the team SAGEP; he led and participated in the implementation of 55 contracts of varying duration (between 6 months and 3 years). These contracts were funded by industry, the French authorities or the European Communities, according to their type.
Hereafter, we give a short extract of the list of the contracts that have been implemented..
 
"Automation of metal alloy forming ", 1978-1980, Implemented in "Les Bronzes d'Industrie", 57-Amnéville (France). The software has been marketed under the name of OPTIMIX.
 
"Standardization of pallet loading", 1979-1980, Contract signed with the AFNOR, the French Standardization Association.
 
"SIMFLEX, Simulation software for FMS", 1978-1982, Contract signed with the French Agency for Computer Science (ADI)
 
"Optimization of transportation", 1980-1982, Contract signed with the French company FRANCE-TRANSFO, 57-Maizières-les-Metz (France).
 
 
"Sizing of a car windscreens manufacturing system", 1983-1984, Contract signed with SAINT-GOBAIN VITRAGE.
 
"Evaluation of a flexible flow-shop", 1983, Contract signed with RENAULT (car builder).
 
"Sizing of a flexible cell", 1984, Contract signed with SAGEM, Paris (France).
 
"AMICE project", 1986-1992. This section covers three successive contracts. We were subcontractors of CIT-ALCATEL.
 
"Evaluation of an automated packing system", 1986, Contract signed with ALGOE (69-Ecully, France) on behalf of RHONE POULENC FILM.
 
"Scheduling of a hot rolling shop", 1987, Contract signed with PECHINEY and performed in cooperation with the MIT, Boston.
 
 
"Projects SPOT 4: SPOT 4-1 : 1987, SPOT 4-2 : 1989, SPOT 4-3 : 1990”.
These contracts have been signed with the CNES (French Aerospace Agency). The goal was to schedule the imaging instruments of the French satellites Spot.
 
"Real time control for a system producing carbon anodes", 1990, Contract signed with PECHINEY.
 
"Layout of a large manufacturing system", 1990. The objective was the layout of a production system with approximately 200 machines capable of producing 600 different products. Contract signed with SERETE, Paris (France).

"Highly flexible automated and integrated brick laying system", 1990-1993. This contract was a part of the EUREKA FAMOS program of the EEC. Other participants were SCORIL (France), ARBED and Paul WURTH (Luxembourg), HYDRAUDYNE and the University of Delft (The Netherlands).
